Established in 2021, we provide land quality and geotechnical assessments to support planning applications, environmental due diligence, and construction activities.
Our team leads and manages both desk-based assessments and intrusive site investigations, ensuring that every aspect of the project aligns with the client’s overarching objectives. From initial feasibility and master planning through to construction, we deliver integrated solutions that facilitate informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.
We have over 40 years UK experience across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Our projects range from small residential / commercial and change of use schemes, through to major urban regeneration and infrastructure projects.
