eps consulting was founded in 2021 by Stuart Phillips and Tim Conibear, following over 20 years of experience working with some of the UK’s leading companies in the land quality sector.

Since launching, we’ve successfully delivered land quality and geotechnical assessments on more than 200 projects across the UK.

Our work supports planning applications, environmental due diligence, and construction activities, helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and unlock the full potential of their sites.
