About Us

eps consulting was established in 2021 by Stuart Phillips and Tim Conibear. 

We support clients on contaminated land and geotechnical aspects for planning, environmental due diligence and construction.  We lead and manage desk based assessments and site investigation projects ensuring that all facets of the scheme are aligned with the client's overall objectives.

We have over 40 years UK experience across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Our projects range from small residential / commercial and change of use schemes, through to major urban regeneration and infrastructure projects.
